Revive Your Grill After the Winter Months

Posted by Flitz International on 19th Mar 2020

How to Clean Your Grill

When it comes to the winter months, we crave warmth, the outdoors, and most of all- barbequing! That first burger we drop on the rack resembles summer as it sizzles in the heat! Don’t let the snowy, wet season prevent your grill from performing as well as it has in past summers for your annual cook out.

Common deposits from the cold season include stubborn water spots, dust, oil stains, and rust. With the help of the Flitz BBQ Grill Care Kit, you can stay true to your trusty grill and bring it back to life! The kit contains three of our best-selling products: Flitz Liquid Metal Polish, Stainless Steel Polish, and our Stainless Steel Cleaner with Degreaser. Each of the three products work together to give your grill the pick-me-up it needs after months of neglect.

Step 1:

To use the Stainless Steel Cleaner, simply spray the product on the surface of the grill and wipe down with a Flitz Microfiber Cloth (included in the kit). The spray is safe to use on both brushed and polished stainless steel, gas grills, and vent hoods. Watch as you wipe away fingerprints, oil stains, grease, water spots, and dirt to reveal the appliance you know and love.

Step 2:

Removing rust, stubborn water spots, droppings, and more with the Flitz Liquid Metal Polish! To use, apply a small amount of polish directly onto the surface of your grill and buff back and forth with the Microfiber Cloth while using slight pressure. By the time you’re finished, your grill will have had its deepest clean and its shiniest polish.

Step 3:

For the final step in the equation, our Stainless Steel Polish is a water-based polish that’s safe to use on all stainless steel appliances. To leave a protective gloss on your grill, just spray the polish onto the surface of the grill and wipe away with the Flitz Microfiber Cloth.
