Flitz Privacy & Security Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

Flitz International, Ltd. ("Flitz," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains the personal information we collect when you visit www.flitz.com, place an order, contact us, or choose to receive marketing communications. It describes how we use and disclose that information and how you can contact us about your choices.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Flitz, we may collect the following:

  • Contact and order information: name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, products purchased, order history, and customer-service correspondence.
  • Account information: information you provide if you choose to create an account, such as login credentials and saved preferences.
  • Payment and transaction information: the information needed to authorize and process payments, refunds, and disputes. Payment information may be handled by our payment-processing providers.
  • Website and device information: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages, interactions, approximate location derived from technical information, and cookie or similar technology identifiers where permitted.
  • Marketing preferences: email or text-message subscriptions, consent choices, and communication preferences.

2. Guest Checkout and Customer Accounts

You may purchase products through guest checkout without first registering for an account. We collect the information needed to process your payment, fulfill your order, arrange delivery, communicate about your purchase, respond to service requests, and prevent fraud. If you choose to create an account, additional information may be used to support account access and related features.

3. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Process orders, payments, returns, refunds, and shipping.
  • Provide customer service and communicate about orders or product questions.
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and shopping experience.
  • Detect fraudulent activity, troubleshoot technical issues, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Analyze website usage and measure marketing effectiveness, subject to applicable privacy and consent requirements.
  • Send newsletters, offers, or text messages when you have requested or otherwise validly authorized them.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and related technologies for different purposes. Some are necessary for core features such as maintaining your shopping cart, remembering security-related settings, supporting checkout, and keeping the website operational. Other technologies are used for analytics or advertising.

Essential technologies: These support basic website, shopping-cart, security, and checkout operations. Restricting essential browser storage may prevent some website functions from working.

Optional analytics technologies: When permitted, these help us understand website traffic, navigation, and the performance of our content and shopping experience.

Optional advertising technologies: When permitted, these help us evaluate advertising campaigns and may support relevant advertising on other services.

Our website displays cookie controls so visitors can make choices about optional categories. Declining optional analytics or advertising cookies does not, by itself, prevent guest checkout or purchasing. You may also manage cookies in your browser, although blocking essential cookies can affect core features. Where cookie-preference controls are available on the site, you may use them to update your choice; you may also contact us for assistance.

Some technologies are provided by third-party service providers. The information those providers receive and their use of it are governed by our arrangements with them and applicable privacy requirements.

5. Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Consent Mode

Flitz uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to evaluate website activity and advertising performance. These services may process website interactions, technical information, and purchase-related measurement data as permitted by your choices and applicable law.

We use consent controls to communicate relevant preferences to our website's measurement tools. Google's Consent Mode can adjust how Google technologies operate based on whether analytics and advertising permissions have been granted or denied.

Cookieless measurement: Flitz uses Google Consent Mode to communicate visitors' analytics and advertising preferences to Google technologies. Where permitted by applicable law and consent requirements, Google Analytics and Google Ads may receive limited cookieless measurement signals even when a visitor declines optional analytics or advertising cookies.

These signals may include consent preferences, page and event information, timestamps, referring pages, and technical information about the browser or device. Google may use these signals for aggregate reporting and conversion modeling.

Cookieless measurement does not authorize us to place optional tracking cookies when the relevant consent has been denied, or to personalize advertising without the required permission. Because cookieless requests may still involve personal information, we review the applicable privacy and consent requirements for this processing.

Declining optional cookies does not authorize us to place cookies for a denied category or use information for advertising personalization where the required permission has not been given. For more information about Google's services, see Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Advertising and Marketing Partners

We may work with services such as Google, Meta, and email or text-messaging providers to deliver marketing, understand campaign results, and manage customer communications. Depending on the particular service and the permissions or legal requirements that apply, we may disclose limited contact details or technical identifiers to support advertising measurement or audience matching. Such information may be protected using methods such as hashing, although hashing does not necessarily make information anonymous.

We do not sell customer contact lists for cash. Some privacy laws, however, define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" more broadly, even when no money changes hands. If those laws apply to you, you may have rights to opt out of certain activities. Contact us at info@flitz.com to make a privacy request, and use our cookie controls for optional tracking choices.

7. Sharing Information

We may disclose information to service providers who help operate our business, including ecommerce hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention, shipping and fulfillment, customer support, analytics, advertising, and email or SMS communications. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, protect our rights or customers, investigate fraud, or complete a lawful business transaction. These disclosures are subject to applicable law and the relevant service arrangements.

8. Log Files and Website Security

Our systems and service providers may maintain technical logs, including IP addresses and browser or server events, to keep the website working, investigate errors, protect transactions, detect misuse, and address security incidents. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information involved. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Email Communications

If you sign up for marketing emails, we may send product news, offers, educational content, and other updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in an email or by contacting info@flitz.com. We may still send nonmarketing communications needed to fulfill an order, address a service request, or manage an account.

10. SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Program

If you voluntarily subscribe to Flitz text notifications, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages about Flitz products, promotions, and services at the number you provide. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to a marketing message. Other opt-out keywords may include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. Reply HELP for assistance. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out request. You may also contact info@flitz.com about your messaging preferences. We honor applicable requirements concerning consent and withdrawal of consent.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may be entitled to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, obtain a copy of information, or opt out of certain targeted advertising or data disclosures. Some requests are subject to exceptions, identity verification, and other legal requirements.

To submit a request or raise a concern, email info@flitz.com or use our contact page. We will review and respond in accordance with applicable law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

12. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including order fulfillment, customer support, accounting and tax obligations, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it was collected.

13. External Websites

Our website may link to websites or services operated by other organizations. Their privacy practices may differ from ours. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of those services before providing them with information.

14. Children's Privacy

Our online store is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us.

15. International Visitors

Flitz is based in the United States. If you access our website from another country, information associated with your visit or order may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements.

16. Unauthorized Credit Card Charges

If you believe your payment card was used without authorization, notify your card issuer promptly and follow its dispute and reporting procedures. Consumer protection laws and card-network rules may limit your responsibility for unauthorized transactions.

Flitz's existing customer protection commitment covers up to $50 of liability that your card issuer holds you responsible for when unauthorized use resulted, through no fault of your own, from purchases through our secure online checkout. Contact us with the details so that we can review the circumstances of a claim.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy when our services, technologies, business practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date and provide additional notice where required by law.
