When choosing the free shipping option, please note that we will be shipping your order via the least expensive United States Postal Service method available. In some cases depending on where the order is shipping, this could cause a much longer transit time for you to receive your order. If you need your order sooner, please choose a faster shipping option.
Canada Shipments: We will process your order to ship within 3 business days. To avoid the UPS brokerage fees and sometimes the fees they charge for duty when they neglect to refer to the NAFTA agreement we include with every shipment, we've decided to NOT ship to Canada via UPS. The only method that we ship to Canada consumers is via US Postal Service which will turn over the parcel to Canada Post. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it to us for an exchange or refund of its purchase price.
Returns must be made within 60 days from date of purchase. The shipping charges on your original purchase are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. For your protection, returns should be shipped using a method that provides a tracking number (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
Please include a copy of original purchase receipt and indicate the reason for your return. Refunds or credits are issued within 7-10 days of receipt of your item(s). Refunds are made in the form of the original payment.
If you believe the item you received is defective, contact us at 262-534-5898 before you return the item. We will either ship you out a replacement or issue a return label for you to send the item back at no cost to you. Please do not return a defective item without prior authorization.
